Being Courageous

Now that we know what the value of being courageous is and how much we actually truly access it, we are going to dive deeper into the topic and talk about how it really fosters growth. I am also really excited to bring back a fabulous guest on the podcast who is a fellow coach and works with people in the area of change also.   Lauren Cobb is back and brings in her wisdom on this topic. I can’t wait for you to meet her.

Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College and, while she worked as a civil engineer briefly, she soon went on to explore a myriad of other jobs. Eventually, she found her passion in working with people and teams to find the throughline from a starting place of discomfort, dysfunction, and conflict to a new place of connection, coherence and purpose. She has done this work in a variety of contexts including: conflict management, organizational development, business advising, and now as a coach.

As a coach, Lauren is passionate about accompanying people through change that is occurring either by their own design or by circumstances. She knows the feeling of being stuck, limited, and overwhelmed. At the same time she sees change as the opportunity to choose something immensely more satisfying. Walking through that transformation with her clients is what makes her days energizing.
