Episode 058:
In honor of Memorial Day and to those who knew and know what it means to take a stand, and get you ready to head into June to slay your goals comes our halfway through the year huddle. June reminds us often that it's time to take a break. School takes a summer break. Vacations are being planned and we are ready to relax and take a break. I've always looked at June as like a half time huddle up as it's a great time to revisit those goals that we set at the start of the year, and then do something today that I know my future self is going to thank me for. That's what this episode is all about. Here are the highlights from this episode: {3:39} What is a half time huddle up? {6:21} Write down everything you have achieved {9:15} Get real! {11:31} Reassessing what didn't work {13:40} Schedule your steps, get accountable and be in action. It’s celebration time! We are celebrating our one-year anniversary of the podcast where you are taking the lead in your life every single week and I am here for it. Episode 057
Have you ever felt like you are not enough? I know I have, as a matter of fact, anytime I am stretching outside of my comfort zone, and going for hitting the next level in my life. Since we are being honest here, this podcast just may have brought that up from time to time. What are times where you feel like you are not enough? The question here is, are we really not enough? Or are we doubting who we really are, and who we are for people, our purpose in life, and what we have to contribute? I believe in my whole heart we are enough, in fact I believe we are all more than enough, we are human beings having a human experience, and therefore it is natural we are going to argue for limitations from time to time. My goal is that you argue for your greatness, and our Champion will assist us in doing just that. Here are the highlights from this episode: {3:43} When do you doubt yourself? {5:31} How we argue for the things that limit us when we can argue for our greatness {6:58} The Imposter {8:54} Four signs that the Imposter is at play
{16:04} Strategies to overcome the Imposter

Episode 056
I don’t think I can speak or coach enough on today’s topic, and that is the topic of harmony. I’ve said this before and I will say it again, we live in a society that asks us to go bigger, faster, stronger, harder. And I am personally getting really excited that more and more people are getting that it’s not about grabbing a bigger plate, that self-care really is not being selfish and the very thing that will help you continue to be the best version of you. I am about ready to take on the next level in my business and currently already have a full plate in which I will not go and grab the banquet platter, I keep reminding myself I am in charge and I can “DIY my life”, what does that mean? Do you really “do it yourself? Of course not, it takes a village, and that is not a joke, ask for help. Repeat after me ask for help! I also really feel like what’s occurring for one is occurring for all at some level, so thought you would love to visit the land of harmony with me and dig deeper into why it can be challenging to set boundaries so that we are living a life in alignment with our priorities. Here are the highlights from this episode: {4:58} Harmony is about having your life work {6:03} Creating your vision takes a village {10:57} Designing your harmony checklist {11:07} The 5 life priorities: Yourself Spirituality Family & Relationships Career Heath {13:29} Asking yourself why these are priorities? {14:28} 3 really important questions to ask yourself 1. Why is this a priority? 2. Why is it important? 3. What will having this priority work mean to me? {15:20} What boundaries actually are {21:24} How work boundaries work for me It’s celebration time! The reason it is not a strategy is because it is not backed up by any action, however I want to broaden the concept of HOPE and even suggest that it can actually be part of your strategy in taking the lead in your life. The concept of hope has become super interesting to me. Let’s start with the opposite of having hope as being “stuck”. Stuck means you can’t grow. If you can’t grow and improve, you become more “stuck” and even discouraged. Today we are going to discuss how hope as a noun coupled with a belief beyond reason, an action plan, and unwavering commitment will have you creating the results you want consistently in your life. So get your hopes up so high you can’t help but stand tall with your arms in the air and slay the day. Here are the highlights from this episode: {5:40} The opposite of having hope {6:32} The difference between hope as a noun and a verb {8:33} How a solid mindset means one is ready to serve rather than two to be served {10:04} 6 important mantras that are important to the mindset of a leader. 1. I have a commitment to succeed 2. I am adaptable 3. I am a peak performer 4. I am able to deal with the struggles 5. I am accountable 6. I have a vision {18:52} How this all connects to hope {20:00} All about the June Impact series of workshops It’s celebration time! Now on to today's very important guest. How many “dieters” do we have out there? How many of you get frustrated with diets that aren’t working for you? How many would love to have a lifestyle that supports their optimal health? My guess is there are a lot of you out there and today’s episode is for you. I am so excited to bring on Kara Trochta, Registered Dietician, Eating Coach and Food Therapist. As a former binge eater and self-proclaimed emotional eater who spent years calculating calories and painfully tried to eat perfectly to achieve the societal standard of health only to fail time and time again; her own frustration and confusion led her to start a practice to end people's struggle between their food choices, their weight and their feelings of worth. Kara’s goal is to help people end the stressful and guilt-laden eating chaos, and realize they can have a healthy relationship with food, eat the foods they enjoy, and not only be healthy, but happier than they've ever been. She is a wife, mom of 3 kiddos who loves feeling good in her own skin. Kara enjoys personal development and being a student of her own mind and body. She loves being outdoors, cooking, reading, barre & yoga class. Wow! Talk about a sweet reframe “a student of her own mind and body” – how many of you are so intrigued now whether you are a dieter or not? I know I am so let’s get into this conversation.
