With Hope Bagwell Reasons In today’s episode we will explore the leadership principle that is a non-negotiable in creating what you want in life. And that principle is PURPOSE. God has a plan for us, and it is revealed in our purpose. I know purpose has been talked about a lot through the years, and so simply put think of purpose as answering an important question and that question is “WHY”, sometimes you hear it as “MY WHY”, what’s your why for… (you can fill in the blank), and then take it a step further and explore why something is important to you. Purpose guides you toward something, on the days that are tough, it will move you to do it anyway, despite how you feel. Think of purpose as a rudder on a boat, without it we would float around aimlessly, but with the rudder you move in the direction you are meant to go. The same is true with purpose, and we are here for a purpose. When we have events in our life that are unimaginable, purpose will help you find meaning, when we can’t understand the reason.
