Purpose answers the question “why” and it’s a powerful one, one that guides you, one that helps you remember why something is important and on days that are hard, compels you to do the thing you want to do anyway.  Vision answers “what” do I want, what do I see, and will also compel you to keep going. 
The funny thing about Vision is you will declare it, and get started on creating it, and by the time you get there, you will look back and the road to getting there won’t look anything like you thought it would.  This is important because so many times, we don’t take action toward our vision, because we make up that it will be hard, I’m not enough, I don’t know how.  You will hear all about the possibilities in "the pivot" this from this week’s guest, just keep going, bits of action daily matter, you won’t have all the answers, there will be curveballs, and know this, you are capable and resourceful, and your vision matters.

Leaders don’t wait, I believe this in my bones.  Leaders are willing to leap and weave the net on the way down.  They are willing to create, fail, learn, grow, and are super persistent, and when circumstances get loud, they pivot.  I’m excited for you to hear from our amazing guest Ali Goff.
