Facilitative Leadership Coaching is the advanced practice of creating real, lasting change with groups, teams and in individual sessions. The Certified Facilitative Leadership Coaching Program (CFLC) is the certification that trains certified and practicing coaches to do both.

Facilitative Leadership Coaching blends facilitation, processing and coaching skills with the LIFT Leadership pillars — training for individuals, teams and groups. It's the ability to skillfully challenge someone, or a group, to see where they're participating in the outcome they keep trying to change, and hold that truth up with compassion, precision and unshakeable belief in what they're capable of so that the change they want occurs.

Strengthen your leadership skills and learn to facilitate individuals, teams and groups through processing and coaching, while giving you live practice with expert feedback. The final weekend is certification, graduation and celebration.

CFLC is not a passive learning experience. You will give and receive facilitative leadership coaching and receive direct feedback from Kelly & team in a high-accountability environment. This is where the real growth happens.

Virtual Sessions Between Intensives
In between in-person meetings, you’ll participate in virtual sessions that include teaching, coaching, Q&A and feedback. These sessions keep your momentum going, deepen your practice and connect you with your cohort between weekends.
Personal Work & Growth
CFLC coaches are expected to do their own personal work alongside the program. You will not just learn LIFT Leadership, you will embody it. The coaches who create the most transformation for their clients are the ones who have experienced it themselves.
A Cohort of 10 Committed Coaches
CFLC is intentionally small. You will learn alongside a group of experienced coaches who are equally committed to their next level. The relationships built inside this cohort will extend well beyond the program.
The first CFLC cohort starts january 16, 2027.

Tuition is $6,000. A $600 deposit is required at registration (goes towards tuition) and a payment plan option is available.

Why i built CFLC and why i’m the one to teach it.
I'm a certified coach, trained intensively in facilitative coaching. In the 23 years since, I've built that into what I now practice and teach as Facilitative Leadership Coaching — working with organizations, teams, groups, and individuals to create real, lasting change.
That insight transformed my own life.
In that time, I’ve learned something that came from lived experience:
The most powerful coaching doesn’t come from asking the perfect question.
It comes from being willing to challenge your clients, groups, and teams to help them see how they are participating in the outcome they keep trying to change, and to hold that truth up with compassion and an unshakeable belief in their capability.
Let me tell you a quick story about what this looks like in practice. One of my clients in a group program I lead was stuck in “I don’t know how” during one of our group sessions. She was willing to be coached and trusted the group so that she could be vulnerable. That tone was created from the beginning with the group. Her shift didn’t come from more insight, it came from one precise intervention. Calling out the pattern that had her stuck and asking a direct question. She got clear in a nano-second, trusted her truth, took action immediately and moved forward. Her business is growing. That’s facilitative leadership coaching.
That insight transformed my own life. It became the foundation of LIFT Leadership and it is what I have committed my career to teaching & coaching.
I built CFLC because the coaching industry needs more coaches who can be and do this.

No. CFLC welcomes coaches certified by any recognized coaching school or organization — ICF, CCE, or otherwise. What matters is that you have completed rigorous foundational training, have real coaching experience, and are serious about your continued development.

CFLC is designed for coaches with real client experience — typically a minimum of one year of active coaching practice. If you’re newer to coaching and have completed significant foundational training, we encourage you to join the waitlist and we can discuss your specific situation when applications open.

CFLC includes 5 in-person weekend intensives (January 16 - 17, March 13 - 14, May 15 - 16, July 17 - 18 and September 18 - 19) plus virtual sessions in between. You should expect to invest meaningful time in practice, personal work, and integration between sessions. This is a rigorous program and the coaches who get the most from it are the ones who show up fully.

The in-person session will be in Los Angeles, CA. In between those sessions we will meet virtually on zoom.

Yes, but not by teaching you sales tactics. CFLC trains you to facilitate real results — with individuals, teams, and groups.
