Most advanced coaching programs will teach you one of two things: how to get more clients, or how to deliver a cleaner coaching framework. Those things matter. But they’re not what’s missing.
What’s missing is this: the ability to skillfully challenge a client to see where they are participating in the outcome they keep trying to change, and to hold that truth up with compassion, precision, and unshakeable belief in what they’re capable of.
That is not a script. That is not a framework you can download. And it is absolutely not something an AI can replicate.
AI can generate questions. ➡️ It cannot read the hesitation in your client’s voice.
AI can summarize a session. ➡️ It cannot notice that your client laughed at something that wasn’t funny.
AI can suggest next steps. ➡️ It cannot build the trust that makes a person willing to be truly challenged.
The most meaningful transformation happens in the space between two humans when one of them has done enough of their own work to hold steady while the other figures it out.

Here’s what your year in CFLC looks like.
4 In-Person Intensive Weekends
September, November, January, and March — four immersive in-person sessions designed to deepen your understanding of the LIFT framework, strengthen your facilitation and leadership skills, and give you live practice with expert feedback. The final weekend is certification, graduation, and celebration.

CFLC is not a passive learning experience. You will coach, be coached, and receive direct feedback from Kelly in a high-accountability environment. This is where the real growth happens.
CFLC Certification
Upon successful completion, you will be certified as a LIFT Certified Facilitative Leadership Coach — equipped to confidently market yourself as a coach who facilitates high-level transformational conversations and helps clients create meaningful, lasting change.
Virtual Sessions Between Intensives
In between in-person meetings, you’ll participate in virtual sessions that include teaching, Q&A, and coaching feedback. These keep your momentum, deepen your practice, and connect you with your cohort between weekends.
Personal Work & Growth
CFLC coaches are expected to do their own personal work alongside the program. You will not just learn this framework — you will embody it. The coaches who create the most transformation for their clients are the ones who have experienced it themselves.
A Cohort of 10 Committed Coaches
CFLC is intentionally small. You will learn alongside a group of serious, experienced coaches who are equally committed to mastery. The relationships built inside this cohort will extend well beyond the program.

CFLC requires an application. Not because we want to make the process difficult, but because the quality of your experience inside the cohort depends entirely on who is in the room with you. We review every application personally to make sure CFLC is the right next step for you. If it’s not the right fit right now, we’ll tell you honestly.
