Certified Facilitative Leadership Coaching

This isn’t about becoming a better coach

it’s about becoming a

facilitative Leadership coach.

WHY Facilitative Leadership Coaching?

Facilitative Leadership Coaching is the advanced practice of creating real, lasting change — with groups, teams, and in individual sessions. The Certified Facilitative Leadership Coaching Program (CFLC) is the certification that trains certified and practicing coaches to do both.

5 in-person intensives. Virtual sessions in between. Cohort of 10 Coaches.

Starting January 16, 2027.

The first CFLC cohort starts januAry 16, 2027.

Space is limited to 10 coaches. Applications are now open.

You know how to Coach. that’s not the gap.

You know how to ask powerful questions.
You know how to
hold space.
You know how to
listen.

But sometimes your clients leave a session with insight and don't do anything differently. Sometimes a team leaves a meeting aligned on paper and nothing changes. Sometimes you are working with a group and completely lose them.

Sometimes you sense there's more beneath the surface, in a person or in a group, and you're not sure how to get there.

That's not a coaching skills gap. It's a different skill entirely.

Facilitative Leadership Coaching blends facilitation, processing, and coaching skills with the LIFT Leadership pillars — trained for individuals, teams, and groups. It's the ability to skillfully challenge someone, or a group, to see where they're participating in the outcome they keep trying to change, and hold that truth up with compassion, precision, and unshakeable belief in what they're capable of so that change they want occurs.

CFLC was built for exactly this moment in a coach’s development. You are trained to facilitate teams, and groups — not just individuals.

Most advanced coaching programs will teach you one of two things: how to get more clients, or how to deliver a cleaner coaching framework. Those things matter. But they’re not what’s missing.

What’s missing is this: the ability to skillfully challenge a client to see where they are participating in the outcome they keep trying to change, and to hold that truth up with compassion, precision, and unshakeable belief in what they’re capable of.

That is not a script. That is not a framework you can download. And it is absolutely not something an AI can replicate.

What the gurus aren’t teaching
and what AI will never replace.

Here’s what changes when you become a certified facilitative leadership coach

CFLC coaches emerge feeling more confident, more credible, and more certain of the value they bring — whether they're in a 1:1 session, facilitating a team, or leading a room. They coach and facilitate with clarity and courage. They hold people accountable with compassion, one person or many. They know — not hope, not wonder, but know — that they can create meaningful, lasting change. Because they've experienced it, embodied it, and been trained to create it in more than one context.

Here’s what your time in CFLC looks like.

5 In-Person Intensive Weekends

Jan. 16 - 17
March 13 -14
May 15 - 16
July 17 - 18
Sept. 18 - 19

Strengthen your leadership skills, and learn to facilitate individuals, teams, and groups through processing and coaching, while giving you live practice with expert feedback. The final weekend is certification, graduation and celebration.

Live Practice with Expert Feedback

CFLC is not a passive learning experience. You will give and receive facilitative leadership coaching and receive direct feedback from Kelly & team in a high-accountability environment. This is where the real growth happens.

CFLC Certification

Equipped to confidently market yourself as a coach who facilitates high-level transformational conversations and breakthroughs — with individuals, teams, and groups — and helps people create meaningful, lasting change.

Virtual Sessions Between Intensives

In between in-person meetings, you’ll participate in virtual sessions that include teaching, coaching, Q&A, and feedback. These sessions keep your momentum going, deepen your practice and connect you with your cohort between weekends.

Personal Work & Growth

CFLC coaches are expected to do their own personal work alongside the program. You will not just learn LIFT Leadership, you will embody it. The coaches who create the most transformation for their clients are the ones who have experienced it themselves.

A Cohort of 10 Committed Coaches

CFLC is intentionally small. You will learn alongside a group of experienced coaches who are equally committed to their next level. The relationships built inside this cohort will extend well beyond the program.

The first CFLC cohort starts january 16, 2027.

Space is limited to 10 coaches.
Tuition is $6,000. A $600 deposit is required at registration (goes towards tuition) and a payment plan option is available.

Is CFLC right for you?

CFLC is for you if…

You hold a recognized coaching
certification from a reputable coaching
school or organization.

You have been actively coaching for at
least one year and have real client
experience.

You ask strong questions and sense
there is a deeper level of impact
available to you.

You want to help your clients move from
insight and awareness into real, lasting
behavioral change.

You are ready to be challenged and to do
your own personal work alongside the
program.

You want to confidently charge premium
rates and position yourself in
higher- value markets.

You’re ready to facilitate not just individuals but also teams & groups.

You are committed to the craft of
coaching, not just the business of it.

You want to be part of a small
cohort of coaches who will elevate your
practice and your thinking.

You believe the world needs coaches who can facilitate real leadership, not just support it, and you want to be one of them.

cflc is not for you if…

You are new to coaching and looking for
foundational skills. (CFLC is advanced
training, not a starting point.)

You want a certification you can earn by
completing modules without real
accountability or practice.

You are primarily looking for a program
to help you get more clients. (We will train you to facilitate real change with them and
the business growth follows.)

You are not open to receiving feedback
or being challenged in your current
approach.

You are not willing to do your own
personal work alongside the program.

You are looking for a quick certification
to add to your bio without meaningful
commitment.

CFLC requires an application, not because we want to make the process difficult, but because the quality of your experience inside the cohort depends entirely on who is in the room with you. We review every application personally to make sure CFLC is the right next step for you. If it’s not the right fit right now, we’ll tell you honestly. You can also set up a call with Coach Kelly to discuss further. Send her an email and she’ll get back to you.

Why i built CFLC and why i’m the one to teach it.

I'm a certified coach, trained intensively in facilitative coaching. In the 23 years since, I've built that into what I now practice and teach as Facilitative Leadership Coaching — working with organizations, teams, groups, and individuals to create real, lasting change.

That insight transformed my own life.

In that time, I’ve learned something that came from lived experience:

The most powerful coaching doesn’t come from asking the perfect question.

It comes from being willing to challenge your clients, groups, and teams to help them see how they are participating in the outcome they keep trying to change, and to hold that truth up with compassion and an unshakeable belief in their capability.

Let me tell you a quick story about what this looks like in practice. One of my clients in a group program I lead was stuck in “I don’t know how” during one of our group sessions. She was willing to be coached and trusted the group so that she could be vulnerable. That tone was created from the beginning with the group. Her shift didn’t come from more insight, it came from one precise intervention. Calling out the pattern that had her stuck and asking  a direct question. She got clear in a nano-second, trusted her truth, took action immediately and moved forward. Her business is growing. That’s facilitative leadership coaching.

That insight transformed my own life. It became the foundation of LIFT Leadership and it is what I have committed my career to teaching & coaching.

I built CFLC because the coaching industry needs more coaches who can be and do this.

Not coaches who are positive and supportive, though those things matter. Coaches who are willing to go deeper. To challenge. To facilitate real transformation. The world needs solid Facilitative Leadership Coaches. CFLC is how I’m building them. This is not just a credential. It is a lineage.
