You became certified. Something is still missing.

Getting certified makes you qualified.

If you’re a trained, certified coach and you still feel uncertain about whether you’re truly helping your clients create lasting change, you’re not alone.

You know how to ask powerful questions.

You know how to hold space.

You know how to listen.

But sometimes your clients leave a session with insight and don’t do anything differently.
Sometimes you sense there’s more beneath the surface and you’re not sure how to get there.

Sometimes you wonder if you’re really challenging them or just holding space really well.

That gap? It’s real. And it’s closeable.

CFLC was built for exactly this moment in a coach’s development.

A facilitative leadership coach is a coach who blends facilitation skills, processing skills, coaching skills and implements the pillars of the LIFT framework to help clients access what’s actually stopping them achieve their outcomes and take action in making them happen.

Most advanced coaching programs will teach you one of two things: how to get more clients, or how to deliver a cleaner coaching framework. Those things matter. But they’re not what’s missing.

What’s missing is this: the ability to skillfully challenge a client to see where they are participating in the outcome they keep trying to change, and to hold that truth up with compassion, precision, and unshakeable belief in what they’re capable of.

That is not a script. That is not a framework you can download. And it is absolutely not something an AI can replicate.

What the gurus aren’t teaching
and what AI will never replace.

Here’s what changes when you become a certified facilitative leadership coach

Certified Facilitative Leadership coaches emerge feeling more confident, more credible, and more certain of the value they bring to every session.

They coach with clarity and courage. They hold clients accountable with compassion.

They know, not hope, not wonder, but know that they can create meaningful, lasting change because they’ve experienced it and embodied it themselves.

Here’s what your time in CFLC looks like.

5 In-Person Intensive Weekends

January, March, May, July and September — five immersive in-person sessions designed to deepen your understanding of the LIFT framework, strengthen your leadership skills, learn facilitation and processing skills while giving you live practice with expert feedback. The final weekend is certification, graduation and celebration.

Live Practice with Expert Feedback

CFLC is not a passive learning experience. You will give and receive facilitative leadership coaching and receive direct feedback from Kelly in a high-accountability environment. This is where the real growth happens.

CFLC Certification

Upon successful completion, you will be certified as a LIFT Certified Facilitative Leadership Coach equipped to confidently market yourself as a coach who facilitates high-level transformational conversations and helps clients create meaningful, lasting change.

Virtual Sessions Between Intensives

In between in-person meetings, you’ll participate in virtual sessions that include teaching, coaching, Q&A, and feedback. These sessions keep your momentum going, deepen your practice and connect you with your cohort between weekends.

Personal Work & Growth

CFLC coaches are expected to do their own personal work alongside the program. You will not just learn this framework, you will embody it. The coaches who create the most transformation for their clients are the ones who have experienced it themselves.

A Cohort of 10 Committed Coaches

CFLC is intentionally small. You will learn alongside a group of experienced coaches who are equally committed to their next level. The relationships built inside this cohort will extend well beyond the program.

The first CFLC cohort starts january 2027.

Is CFLC right for you?

CFLC is for you if…

You hold a recognized coaching
certification from a reputable coaching
school or organization.

You have been actively coaching for at
least one year and have real client
experience.

You ask strong questions and sense
there is a deeper level of impact
available to you.

You want to help your clients move from
insight and awareness into real, lasting
behavioral change.

You are ready to be challenged and to do
your own personal work alongside the
program.

You want to confidently charge premium
rates and position yourself in
higher- value markets.

You’re interested in expanding into
corporate coaching, leadership
development, or facilitation.

You are committed to the craft of
coaching, not just the business of it.

You want to be part of a small
cohort of coaches who will elevate your
practice and your thinking.

You believe the world needs better
coaches and you want to be one of
them.

cflc is not for you if…

You are new to coaching and looking for
foundational skills. (CFLC is advanced
training, not a starting point.)

You want a certification you can earn by
completing modules without real
accountability or practice.

You are primarily looking for a program
to help you get more clients. (We will
make you better at coaching them and
the business growth follows.)

You are not open to receiving feedback
or being challenged in your current
approach.

You are not willing to do your own
personal work alongside the program.

You are looking for a quick certification
to add to your bio without meaningful
commitment.

CFLC requires an application, not because we want to make the process difficult, but because the quality of your experience inside the cohort depends entirely on who is in the room with you. We review every application personally to make sure CFLC is the right next step for you. If it’s not the right fit right now, we’ll tell you honestly. You can also set up a call with Coach Kelly to discuss further. Send her an email and she’ll get back to you.

Why i built CFLC and why i’m the one to teach it.

I have spent 23 years doing this work. Not studying it. Not reading about it. Doing it with thousands of real clients, in real sessions, creating real change.

In that time, I’ve learned something that most coaching programs won’t tell you:

The most powerful coaching doesn’t come from asking the perfect question.

It comes from being willing to challenge your client to help them see how they are participating in the outcome they keep trying to change, and to hold that truth up with compassion and an unshakeable belief in their capability.

Let me tell you a quick story about what this looks like in practice. One of my clients was stuck in “I don’t know how.” The shift didn’t come from more insight, it came from one precise intervention. Calling out the pattern that had her stuck and asking  a direct question. She got clear in a nano-second, trusted her truth, took action immediately and moved forward. Her business is growing. That’s facilitative leadership coaching.

That insight transformed my own life. It became the foundation of the LIFT framework. And it is what I have committed my career to teaching.

I built CFLC because the coaching industry needs more coaches who can do this.

Not coaches who are positive and supportive, though those things matter. Coaches who are willing to go deeper. To challenge. To facilitate real transformation. The world needs solid Facilitative Leadership Coaches. CFLC is how I’m building them.
