When You Initiate Your Intention

One of the core truths I see again and again, in myself and in the women I work with is this: things begin to shift the moment we initiate our intention. Not when we have all the answers. Not when we feel confident. But when we decide who we’re being as we move forward. That truth is at the heart of today’s message.

There’s a distinct feeling that shows up when we initiate our intention which simply means taking action based on our vision and purpose before the result, before the proof, before anything “changes” on the outside.

It feels like:

  • A quiet click inside

  • A steadiness that replaces the mental noise

  • Less convincing, more choosing

  • A sense of self-trust returning to the room

When we initiate intention, we’re not forcing action, we’re declaring direction.

We stop waiting to feel ready, confident, or certain… and instead, we decide who we’re being as we move forward.

Intention creates coherence.
Your thoughts, energy, and actions begin to line up.
Momentum follows, not because it’s easy, but because it’s aligned.

You may still feel fear.
You may still feel resistance.
But you also feel anchored.

And that anchoring changes everything.

Here’s a powerful question to ask yourself: “Who do I become the moment I choose on purpose?”

This week, let’s practice initiating intention not perfectly, just intentionally.

Notice how it changes the way you move.

You don’t need a big leap.
You need a true one.

And we’ll keep lifting—together.
